The Visionary Soul Behind LULU

Born in the Netherlands but shaped by the mountains of Chamonix, Jeroen Robberse has always had a passion for gastronomy and hospitality. In Chamonix, he successfully ran a charming restaurant, where he brought his love for great food and a warm atmosphere to life.

However, the sun and energy of Ibiza called to him. Falling in love with the island and its unique vibe, Jeroen decided to pursue a new culinary dream. This is how LULU was born, a place where Mediterranean cuisine meets a relaxed, refined atmosphere.
